i just started a job 2 weeks ago...and my boss in never in the office...he gives me orders over the phone and i try to do my best.but i guess its not enough.he always finds mistakes and keeps on saying ';its so easy, read the instructions';
the previous person that worked before me left some instructions , but i cant understand them. when i tell it to him, he keeps on saying ';read the instructions'; ..the only conversations that we have is only over the phone...i dont think he likes me anyway...ne never compliments me on my job.should i quit??
