He is bright and intelligent with 9 x GCSE's and 3 A levels. He worked part time stacking shelves when at uni and now does this job full time to pay his way. He needs a better job but does not know what he wants to do. Who can he (or we) talk to to get him out of this and find something more rewarding? It needs to be paid work, with prospects. He is hard working and does not smoke, take drugs, or drink excess alcohol.
