software job in infosys or engineer in Reliance industry?which is better(job satisfaction,envt.&future )?

i've just finished my engineering course.considering job satisfaction,workload ,work environment & and lifestyle which job would be better?both jobs initially has similar salary & chances 4 going abroad after switching jobs.the main factors are the ones given above.please give ur opinion.
