Should I try to continue working my way up the call center chain, or try to get a degree?
I work in the call center side of a very large company. Call center employment is well known for it's ability to move up fast, and my company is no exception. I'm 21 years old, I've worked for the company for 3 years, i've been promoted several times, and have at this point worked mostly in quality assurance and training... trying to decide whether to try to continue climbing the call center chain, or get a degree...
