Should I recommend another friend again to work?

I think I have to open a job career consultation business lol. I have recommended many friends to work with my boss and his friends. Because of that, many unemployed friend of mine always look for me to ask for jobs available. But usually before i recommend the friend, i find out if that job fits him/her or not so i dare to give his profiles to the boss. But there are too many already i have recommended, eventhough their performances are good (the bosses told me so), i think it's enough, i am afraid i make mistakes in the future by giving bad person. Fyi, i have recommended 10 people in 3 months.
