Should I stay or should I go ?

I have been working with the family business going on 7 years. Things have changed over time and I'm growing increasingly unhappy. The pay is great and comes with other perks of being a family member, but I don't agree with a lot of things that go on and I have very little or no input and each day I grow more and more dissatisfied. Unfortunately I have a wife and child to worry about, and a potential family problem. What would you do?
